    Who is ELTA?

    ELTA North America is an Israeli weapons systems company based in Howard County, Maryland. They are a US subsidiary of Israel’s state-owned Israel Aerospace Industries and employ 30+ workers at their 44,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Annapolis Junction.

    What do they do?

    ELTA designs and manufactures weapons tech that they sell to the US Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and, primarily, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

    They produce radar systems like Israel’s Iron Dome and surveillance systems used at the US-Mexico border. In 2017 they built a prototype for President Trump’s border wall.
